Alternate-day linen change is carried out between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Basic housekeeping and towel refills must be requested by the guest during their stay.

If you require housekeeping outside standard hours, please let us know in advance.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Standard accommodation is for 14 guests (4 in Villa 1, 4 in Villa 2, 6 in Villa 3); maximum accommodation is 24 guests, with extra bedding at an additional cost.

Non-resident or visiting guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host, granted only upon submission of a valid ID.

The villa is a non-smoking indoor property; all rooms and living rooms are non-smoking areas. Any violation will result in a minimum fine of Rs. 3,000 for deep cleaning and deodorising.

Designated outdoor areas such as the restaurant, pool gazebos, reception and waiting area may be used for smoking.

The use of hookah or sheesha is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No parties or events are permitted unless pre-approved by the host.

Guests who fail to respect quiet hours or cause disturbance to neighbours may be subject to immediate eviction.

Pool usage is at the guest's own risk; no lifeguard is available. Children under 10 years must be supervised at all times.

No glassware is allowed in or around the pool area, and food or drinks are not allowed inside the pool.

Please shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene — the outdoor shower is located next to the gazebo. Use designated pool towels only, not bath towels or room linen.

Do not add any substances (soaps, oils, colours, etc.) to the pool. No diving, running or pushing near or in the pool, to prevent accidents on wet surfaces. No pets are allowed in the pool.

Any damage, breakage or food particles found in the pool will incur a charge of Rs. 5,000.

We are a pet-friendly property — guests are requested to inform us in advance if travelling with pets. Pets must be supervised at all times, especially in common areas and around the pool.

For hygiene and maintenance, carpets and soft furnishings will be removed prior to arrival for guests travelling with pets. Please do not use bath towels, pool towels or any property linen to clean your pets.

Pet parents are responsible for their pet's behaviour, hygiene and any damage caused to the property. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or linen — additional cleaning or damage will be charged at Rs. 2,000.

Guests are requested to clean up after their pets. Aggressive or disruptive pets may not be permitted.

A security deposit of Rs. 5,000 is required for guests travelling with pets.

Dorm beds are available on the property for driver accommodation and must be requested in advance; a nominal charge of Rs. 1,000 applies for a driver's stay.

Meals for drivers can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Management reserves the right to refuse or restrict accommodation in case of inappropriate behaviour.

Spitting, including the use of chewing tobacco, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will attract a penalty charge.

The living areas in Villa 1 and Villa 2 feature built-in kitchenettes equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and basic cutlery.

Cooking is not allowed; the kitchenette may be used for reheating food only. The kettle must be used to heat water only — using the kettle to make tea, coffee, instant noodles or any other food item is strictly not allowed.

Guest access to the commercial kitchen is not permitted, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Kitchen service is available from 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM; last orders are taken at 11:30 PM.

The kitchen caters to Jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.

Outside chefs or catering are not allowed without prior approval. Cooking meals, including baby food, in the commercial kitchen is not allowed for guests, and our staff will not serve, clear or reheat outside food.

Guests agree to treat the property with respect and to report any damage immediately, found during the check-in inspection with the villa manager.

Any damage or loss caused by the guest will be the guest's financial responsibility.

The host/owner/management reserves the right to call the authorities and/or evict guests who display disrespectful behaviour towards staff, the property or neighbours, without any refund.

The sound bar installed in the living room must not be moved from its location.

A selection of card games is available for guest entertainment and can be requested at reception.

Please do not pluck any fruits or flowers from our outdoor lawn area.

Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering. Our lawn is regularly maintained to reduce the presence of insects and spiders.

A bonfire setup is priced at Rs. 2,000 for two hours, with no additional wood refill included.

Dry-cleaning services are available upon request. Standard charges apply and pricing information is available on request.

Guests are requested to switch off air-conditioners and other electrical appliances when not in use.

Please help us conserve water and reduce waste, especially with linen and towel usage.

CCTV cameras are installed in specific areas for monitoring, to enhance the security of the villa and deter unauthorised access or activity. We request guests to refrain from tampering with CCTV equipment.

Illegal activity: use of the property for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, including the possession, use or distribution of narcotics and controlled substances.

Arms & weapons: no firearms, ammunition or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.

Prostitution: any form of prostitution, solicitation or unauthorised commercial activity is forbidden.

Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and notification to law enforcement.

The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises.

The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
