Alternate-day linen change and daily housekeeping (cleaning) are carried out between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

If you require housekeeping outside standard hours, please let us know in advance.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Standard accommodation is 16 guests (4 in the outhouse, 6 on the 1st floor, 6 on the 2nd floor); maximum accommodation is 20 guests, with extra bedding at an additional cost.

Hot water is available via solar heaters.

Unlimited RO water refills are available in common areas.

Kettles must be used to heat water only — using a kettle to make tea, coffee, instant noodles or any other food item is strictly not allowed.

No food, glassware or smoking in or around the jacuzzi.

Do not add any substances (soap, shampoo, oils, bath salts, colours, etc.) to the jacuzzi.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, to avoid overflow and damage. No diving, jumping or rough use, to prevent accidents.

Please do not operate the controls forcefully — contact staff if assistance is required. Any damage, misuse or excessive soiling will be chargeable.

The jacuzzi will not be in use during rain or snow.

One complimentary session is provided for bookings of more than 3 rooms; otherwise, sessions are Rs. 1,500 for 2 hours.

Bathrooms are stocked with Khadi Gram toiletries.

Additional items (dental kit, iron, dryer) are available on request.

Oil heaters and AC (hot & cold) are not provided.

Bed heaters are provided to ensure a warm and comfortable stay during winters.

The property is accessible by car, however the last 200 metres is a narrow road.

We advise guests not to travel by tempo traveler. If travelling by larger vehicles, pickup can be arranged from the main road at an extra cost, and luggage will be transferred free of cost.

Driver/caretaker stay is not on-site (can be arranged nearby at extra cost).

Babysitters must stay within booked rooms — no sleeping in common areas, and no access to the common bathroom for showering.

All rooms and common areas allow smoking; smoking is not permitted on the staircase.

Sheesha/hookah is not allowed in rooms or balconies — the common room and outdoor areas are the designated spaces for hukka/sheesha.

Guest access to the commercial kitchen is not permitted, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Kitchen service is available from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM; last orders are taken at 10:30 PM.

The kitchen caters to Jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.

Outside chefs/catering are not allowed without approval, and cooking meals (including baby food) in the commercial kitchen is not allowed for guests.

Our staff will not serve, clear or reheat outside food, and cutlery for outside food is not provided.

Shared spaces include the lawn, living room, dining area and parking, for all 8 rooms.

Please do not move the sound bar from its original place.

A fridge in the living area (main villa) is available for guest use and also serves as a minibar with a few chargeable stocked beverages.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No parties or events are permitted unless pre-approved by the host.

Guests who fail to respect quiet hours or cause disturbance to neighbours may be subject to immediate eviction.

We are a pet-friendly property — guests are requested to inform us in advance if travelling with pets. Pets must be supervised at all times, especially in common areas.

For hygiene and maintenance, carpets and soft furnishings will be removed prior to arrival for guests travelling with pets. Please do not use bath towels or property linen to clean your pets.

Pet parents are responsible for their pet's behaviour, hygiene and any damage caused to the property. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or linen — additional cleaning or damage will be charged at Rs. 2,000.

Guests are requested to clean up after their pets. Aggressive or disruptive pets may not be permitted.

A security deposit of Rs. 5,000 is required for guests travelling with pets.

The guest agrees to treat the property with respect and to report any damage immediately, found during the check-in inspection with the villa manager.

Any damage or loss caused by the guest will be the guest's financial responsibility.

The host/owner/management reserves the right to call authorities and/or evict guests who display disrespectful behaviour towards staff, the property or neighbours, without any refund.

Please do not pluck any fruits or flowers from our outdoor lawn area.

Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering. Our lawn is regularly maintained to reduce the presence of insects and spiders.

The bonfire setup is priced at Rs. 1,500 for 2 hours (no additional wood refill).

Guests are requested to switch off all electrical appliances when not in use.

Please help us conserve water and reduce waste, especially with linen and towel usage.

Genset-based power backup is not available; we provide emergency lamps, candles and extra blankets in case of a power outage.

We have implemented CCTV cameras in specific areas for monitoring, to enhance the security of our villa and deter unauthorised access or activity. We request guests to refrain from tampering with CCTV equipment.

Illegal activity: use of the property for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, including the possession, use or distribution of narcotics and controlled substances.

Arms & weapons: no firearms, ammunition or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.

Prostitution: any form of prostitution, solicitation or unauthorised commercial activity is forbidden.

Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and notification to law enforcement.

The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises.

The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
